i hope everyone like this my diary 
i write about most interesting i work on the bar since 6 years already i have many experience
i working at daytime the bar open is 10am until 5pm in 8 hours
we have 2 times breaktime for eat lunch and we can smoke cigarete
my work have rules if i going late time in my work every minutes is 5pesos penalty
if i go with customer then i dont go work in the morning we have bar share
..bar share its mean we cant get the money for barfine
and also the snake out if i snake out after my work and somebody see me from my work they said to my boss that im going snake out and have penalty 5000 pesos
in bar work we have salary 300pesos per day
if we get the drinks we get 100 per drinks and if we get a barfine longtime is 3000pesos and shortime its same price but the girls can get half pay about 1500 pesos
and girls working in the we know other people from diffirents country american japan korean also many girls in the bar they like korean because some other girls like drinking too much and they like korean trips
but me i like japanes because they good on the sex and licking pussy they have a good point

私は6年前からバーで働いているんで多くの経験があるからね。
私はバーがオープンする昼間の午前10時から午後5時まで働いているんだ。
仕事時間は８時間。食事休憩が２回会って、煙草を吸う事も出来ます。

AM１０時からPM５時迄なら７時間の筈 (‘ω’)
遅刻をすると１分に付き５ペソの罰金が取られます。
前日にバーファインが有ったら、次の日の午前中迄にお店に行かなければいけません。
行かないとバーシェアをされてしまいます。
私はバーファインのお金を手に入れる事が出来なくなります( ;∀;)。
あと、もしも仕事以外でお客と遊んでいるのがバレて上司に報告されると5,000ペソのペナルティがあります。
お給料は日給で300ペソです。
ドリンクを奢ってもらうと１杯につき100ペソ貰えます。
バーファインはロングタイムでもショートタイムでも3,000ペソです。
だけど、女の子は約1,500ペソしか受け取る事は出来ません。
私の店の女の子達は、アメリカ人、日本人、韓国人の他の人も知っています
バーにいる多くの女の子は韓国人が好きです。
彼女達はお酒を沢山飲むのが好きだし、韓国旅行が好きです。
でも私は日本人の方が良いと思っています。
どうしてか❓

初めて知ったシステムでした。
よくよく思い出してみるとみんなバーファインした翌日はバーに一旦は顔を出していたと思います。
そんなルールがあったのですね。
